The HMMWV cap is light weight, bolt-on, durable and high strength, made of aluminum honeycomb. The cap includes personnel door at rear, modification of the canvas top for attachment to the cap, power and signal waterfall panels, roof hatch, antenna mounts and storages and lifting rings. Primarily used for communications.
There are two versions on this cap. The 2 –door version and a 4 – door version. |
